My husband started taking it 2 weeks ago and it's been the funniest 2 weeks of my life.

Last night when my sister and I pulled into the driveway after dinner out, he was in the driveway in his boxers looking around. I asked him what he was doing and he said looking for fish sticks. (Thank god we live in the country.)

However, I will take the crazies over his addiction to Walmart Liquicap Sleep medicine. He was taking 10-15 pills per night just to sleep 4 - 5 hours straight.

I hope you can get the rest your body and mind deserves.Crickyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17000514680545539988noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8962224335025080875.post-74716292828205173382008-06-11T09:19:00.000-05:002008-06-11T09:19:00.000-05:00Knock on wood, I've never had a problem with insom...Knock on wood, I've never had a problem with insomnia for longer than a couple random nights in a row, but I've found that eating cottage cheese before bed helps me sleep better. Totally strange, I know, but if you can stand the stuff, it might be worth a shot!Anniehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09063263956152791843noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8962224335025080875.post-48785957679200533102008-06-10T21:07:00.000-05:002008-06-10T21:07:00.000-05:00Kim, I take Valarian. I had to work with the dosage to get it right for me.

I sleep and am able to wake up as needed with any strange noises in the night. No groggieness in the morning.

The worst thing is to get past the taste. YUCKY.

In the past few years though, the really bad taste seems to have been filtered out. Kinda like the garlic pills aren't so garlicky anymore. She Whohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15199069499674479508noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8962224335025080875.post-70412585105662816462008-06-10T16:21:00.000-05:002008-06-10T16:21:00.000-05:00You can try to adjust the time you take your Lexap...You can try to adjust the time you take your Lexapro. That may help. I changed taking my antidepressant to bedtime and it helps me sleep better (plus I am more awake during the day). Just a thought.

I have been checking in with you periodically to see how you are doing. Just want you to know that I care--not in a weird stalker way or anything!
Take care,
SandyAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8962224335025080875.post-36929416081095598872008-06-10T15:27:00.000-05:002008-06-10T15:27:00.000-05:00I was on Rozerem for quite a while and it worked w...I was on Rozerem for quite a while and it worked well....Olivia had me so trained (after 2.5 years) to get up at 3:00 that my body kept doing it even after she quit waking up. I never had a hard time waking up in the middle of the night if I had to, and was never groggy in the morning. It works on the sleep center in your brain, to help you stay asleep, rather than "drugging" you to sleep. Hmmm, perhaps I need to go back on it as well. :)A Buns Lifehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12611682053507407292noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8962224335025080875.post-45755532239400626152008-06-10T14:37:00.000-05:002008-06-10T14:37:00.000-05:00melatonin doesn't work for me either. We (my hubby and I) use a natural supp called Formula 303. It's inexpensive, and you can order it on Amazon.

I've been reading for several weeks, sorry to be a lurker. All my best to you.Staceyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12341753924567212850noreply@blogger.com
