How I Spent My Lunch Hour

It has been absolutely beautiful weather lately. Today for lunch I walked over to Hardees for a mushroom swiss burger (heaven on a bun, I tell ya):

Tanned my toes (color is OPI I'm Not Really A Waitress):

Listened to the fountain:

And just enjoyed the scenery of this lovely city:

What did you do?

I am so jealous, when I used to work downtown that is what some girls and I from work would do, people watch!!!! I worked at Pine and Broadway, we would walk there, smoke, eat and make fun of people. We were sooo bad! I hope you enjoyed your lunch hour.

Wow the arch looks beautiful.

I have not had Hardees in 14 years (since i moved away from the midwest) but I remember it being awesome. I loved their fries and shakes better than anywhere else.

I spent lunch as a go bewteen between the 3 and 4 yr olds because they are antsy. Must be the cool weather after a really nice weekend (temps in the low 60s right now)

Do you really want to know? Sigh....stuck inside at the CAM building at Barnes, (Center for Advanced Medicine) waiting for my father-in-law to get a bunch of test done, all while trying to entertain Olivia who is 4. Good times. :)

Now we are all too tired to enjoy the weather..... :( boo hoo.

I ate lunch outside with my husband, Daughter and her boyfriend, It would have been perfect, if we didn't talk about work all through lunch

I ate lunch really quick and then took a walk around the Nevada State Capital grounds with my husband. It's really warm out here right now but very windy. So jealous that you work downtown STL! I can't wait to get home in September for a visit.

Oh, Kim, I so miss paralegaling (OK, well, not so much the paralegaling as much as the working) downtown!! SOOOOO jealous - my 20 minutes of lunching was accompanied by wrangling up 22 4th graders after their lunch HOUR....ah the life of a student teacher :) Sorry I missed drinks over the weekend, we will have to do that soon, though!
Love ya,

I sat at my desk and munched down a cheese burger from Rally's in between cleaning out my desk.

Didn't realize that I have so much STUFF.

2 more days and a wake up, then early next week, off to Destin to see what havoc Fay wreaked.

I'm Not Really A Waitress is my ABSOLUTE favorite OPI color. I've been in love with it for about 8 years now.

I spent my lunch hour in our conference room that we have dubbed the cafeteria. Tropical Storm Faye decided to finally show herself 2 days late so we were stuck inside.

Wow, what a lunchtime view. St. Louis really look beautiful. Have to visit someday.

My lunch was boring...ate at my desk and couldn't even see the mountains since we had a bit of a fire!

I took my uncle to get an MRI. I would've loved to eat that burger! For lunch I ate a homemade burger with colby cheese.
