Do you have a pair of exfoliating gloves? Using those with some gentle soap will help get rid of the flaky stuff. I broke both ankles as a child and spent a total of five months in casts. Glad she's all healed up!
Glad she's out of the cast. I broke my leg some 40+ years ago when they had the heavy plaster casts and I tried to keep them but Whew! they stunk bad! Also, had a forest growing on my leg. LOL!

Did she want to keep the cast?

Aw, there's nothing like the feeling of a fresh arm. :)
When my wife cut a tendon in her arm (from an exploding glass door), she had to have a cast on for a LONG time until the tendon healed.
When they took the cast off, her arm looked like a SHRUNKEN arm. It was so bizarre.
Way to go Maddy. Glad she's got a free arm now!
Yeah for freedom!! Just in time for summer.....at least one arm won't be tan and the other totally white! :)
I can just feel the itch.
At least it wasn't summer. Yuck!
So glad she's healed.
