I haven't ran or eaten well in the last few days. Things haven't been exactly fabulous lately, so I've been having a pity party, but I hope to snap out of it soon. I've also been doing the fast food/pizza thing for dinner too much. Amazing how that crap can sap your energy. I also blame the weather, the full moon, PMS, and some strange electro-magnetic force that causes me to lay on the couch at night instead of running.
Today I started anew and had a chicken salad for lunch, and I'll have a decent dinner. I won't run but I'll be doing laundry, so that's a few up and down trips on the stairs. I have a pilates DVD, so maybe Maddy and I will break that out tonight.
I also need to quit eating stupid stuff at night. However, since I've eaten most of the stupid stuff I had in stock (like Cheez Its and chocolate chip cookies and Fritos and chicken wing dip), I will refrain from buying more.

If I keep unhealthy food in the house, I will inevitably eat it. So I haven't been buying any soda or chips to keep in the house. (It's hard.)
